These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and VikingToto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://vikingtoto.cam and all associated services, features, and content offered thereon.

VikingToto is an English-language online sports betting and casino platform serving the Malaysian market. The Platform offers sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international competitions — alongside live casino games, slot titles, lottery, and poker products, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply:

"Platform"

The VikingToto website at https://vikingtoto.cam, including all pages, services, applications, and features accessible via that domain.

"Account"

The personal player account created by a registered User on the Platform, used to access betting and casino services.

"Player" / "User"

Any natural person who has registered an Account on the Platform and uses the services provided thereon.

"Wager" / "Bet"

Any stake of real-money funds placed on a sporting event, casino game outcome, or any other event offered on the Platform.

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account pursuant to a promotion. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.

"Wagering Requirement"

The minimum cumulative turnover (total amount wagered) that must be completed before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough" in industry usage.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring Players to submit valid identification documents before withdrawals are processed.

"MYR"

Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia, being the primary transaction currency of the Platform.

"Restricted Jurisdiction"

Any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform's services is prohibited by applicable law, as updated by VikingToto from time to time.

To register and maintain an Account on VikingToto, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. VikingToto strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders. Registration by persons under 21 is prohibited regardless of jurisdiction.
• You are registering as an individual your personal capacity, not as a trustee, agent, or on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• You are not a resident, national, or citizen of a Restricted Jurisdiction where accessing this Platform is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, or consultant of VikingToto or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you a close family member or household member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account on VikingToto that was suspended, closed for cause, or self-excluded.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each Player is permitted to hold onlyone (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, VikingToto requires all Players to complete a KYC verification process. The following documents are typically required:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad (preferred for Malaysian residents), passport, or driver's licence. The document must be current, unobscured, and legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three (3) months showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: For bank transfers and e-wallets, a screenshot or photo showing your name and the last four digits of the account or registered phone number.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, VikingToto may request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited — for example, recent pay slips, bank statements, or business income records.

VikingToto aims to complete standard KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take longer. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is initiated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. VikingToto will never contact you to request your password by any means. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be authorised by you unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. In the event you believe your Account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately [email protected].

VikingToto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the Account reviewed.
• VikingToto does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer may impose their own fees or apply currency conversion charges for which VikingToto bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. Cryptocurrency values fluctuate; the MYR equivalent credited to your Account is final once confirmed.

• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically and operationally possible, as anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• All outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be satisfied before any withdrawal of those funds can be processed.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. VikingToto reserves the right to request additional documentation for higher-value withdrawals.
• VikingToto reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited activity.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method as published in the Platform's banking section. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum may be declined.

All bets placed on VikingToto are subject to the sport-specific and market-specific rules published on the Platform at the time the bet is accepted. The following general principles apply across all markets:

• A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification and the stake has been deducted from your Account balance. Bets not confirmed in this manner are not valid.
• VikingToto reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect event start times, or incorrect market configurations.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules. Generally, if an event is not completed within 24 hours of the original start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the correct odds due to a technical error, VikingToto reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds or to void and refund the affected bets.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day. These limits are displayed within each market. VikingToto is not liable to pay winings in excess of the stated maximum payout.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at VikingToto's discretion. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.

VikingToto offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise specified. Claiming the same promotion using multiple accounts or aliases is classified as bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. The wagering requirement is stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., 20× means you must wager twenty times the bonus value).
• Wagering on live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets may contribute differently towards the wagering requirement. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• VikingToto reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring existing valid bonus claims already in progress.

VikingToto operates a tiered VIP loyalty programme with six tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond). Tier status is determined by monthly turnover. Cashback percentages, personal account manager access, withdrawal speed enhancements, and bonus entitlements are tier-dependent and are subject to change. VIP Programme benefits are discretionary and do not constitute a financial entitlement.

The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (maximum MYR 688 per qualifying deposit) is available to verified Players depositing via BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20), or BNB. The bonus is credited automatically within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. Standard wagering requirements and minimum odds apply. For Players aged 21 and above only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VikingToto and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or directing more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Bonus Abuse: Any coordinated or systematic exploitation of promotions, including collusive play designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials. Using payment methods not registered in your own name. Initiating chargebacks against legitimate transactions.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies across markets or accounts in a manner that constitutes professional advantage-play outside of normal player behaviour.
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Match Fixing & Integrity: Participating in, facilitating, or having advance knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt activity affecting an event on which bets are offered.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. VikingToto cooperates fully with relevant authorities and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age. Allowing a person under 21 to use your Account.

VikingToto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its Players. The following tools are available to all registered Players via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. A decrease in limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits takes effect after a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable pop-up reminders triggered after specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary Account restriction lasting 24 hours,48 hours, one week, or one month, during which no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent Account closure at the Player's request, processed within 24 hours. Self-excluded Players may not re-register and will be added to any applicable shared exclusion registers.

VikingToto strictly enforces its21+ age policy and requires all Players to complete age verification before withdrawals are processed. All content, software, design elements, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, images, audio, and other materials published on or available through the Platform ("Platform Content") are the exclusive property of VikingToto or its licensed third-party content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

VikingToto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any Platform Content without prior written consent from VikingToto.
• Distribute, publish, broadcast, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.
• Use VikingToto's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VikingToto, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While VikingToto takes all reasonable steps to maintain service continuity — including maintaining99.9% uptime infrastructure and real-time monitoring — we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

VikingToto's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Your use of VikingToto involves the collection, processing, and storage of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

VikingToto collects personal data strictly to the extent necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, and where applicable, meet regulatory reporting requirements. We do not sell your personal data to unafiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

VikingToto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide advance notice via a notification on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which VikingToto operates (Curacao), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team [email protected]. We will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution the licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
